Payment Extension for Individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) Members BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is offering members with an effectuation date of Feb. 1 a one-time extension to pay their binder payments (i.e., their first premium payments). Premiums must be paid by Friday, Feb. 12.
