Bluechoice SC: 1095-B Tax Forms to Be Mailed This Week

BlueChoice HealthPlan will mail Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1095-B to members who purchased individual coverage from BlueChoice® or received coverage from BlueChoice through their fully insured, employer-sponsored health plan.
